At Voyadent, we attach great importance to the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, stored and protected when you use the Voyadent mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have accepted this policy.
1. Data Collected
The following personal data may be collected while you use our App:
Identity Information: First name, last name, email address, phone number.
Account Information: Username, password (stored in encrypted form).
Health Information: Appointment history, treatment notes and information relating to dental health (solely for the purpose of providing services).
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, app version and unique device identifiers.
Usage Data: In-app interactions, session durations and preference settings.
2. Purposes of Data Use
Your collected personal data is used for the following purposes:
Creating and managing your account.
Providing appointment booking, reminder and follow-up services.
Providing information and communication regarding dental health services.
Improving app performance and enhancing the user experience.

To object to the occurrence of a result to your detriment arising from the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems.
To claim compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

6. Cookies and Analytics Tools
Our App may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the user experience and analyse app performance. This data is not linked to your personally identifiable information.
7. Children's Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal data, this data will be deleted immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be announced through the App or via our website. Your continued use under the updated policy means that you accept the changes.
